Since starting my business in 2015, I’ve tried a lot of tools and resources! Below is a curated list of some of my favorites that have helped me grow my business, stay on top of tasks, streamline my process, and make sure everything is legal. 


Legal Stuff

Do yourself a favor and invest in a good contract, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. It’ll give you (and your clients!) piece of mind, plus help you come off as a professional and trustworthy person to do business with. It’s a win-win-win.

Have a streamlined process and way of keeping your documents altogether will make your life SO much easier and your clients will appreciate it too. I use a CRM tool to send quotes, contracts, questionnaires, invoices, etc.

Social Media Management

While some people are great at posting regularly on the fly, staying on top of social media is a challenge for me. I love being able to plan my content out ahead of time and see how it’ll look before I post it (yay feed preview!).
